Family room counts as 2 areas; Stairs = 1; Hall = 1; each Bedroom = 1, large Master bedroom and Bonus rooms are counted as 2 areas each.
Additional areas will cost $30.00. There is an extra charge for pet stains and red dye stains.
Furniture: $65.00 for sofas; $55.00 for loveseats.
We also clean tile and wood floors.
