Thinking about a new fence, shed, outbuilding or major renovation to your house? Over 90% of the requests made to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) involve sheds and fences. The approval process is very straightforward and painless when homeowners contact ARC prior to construction. This enables us to review the plans end ensure the project complies with the neighborhood's covenants. There’s nothing more frustrating for homeowners, or ARC, than to have to review a project after construction only to find out it violates the covenants. While sheds and fences are the predominate request, all decks, gazebos, porches, clotheslines, and any architectural changes to a dwelling or accessory building require approval.
